Three and half Bedroom Hall Kitchen aka 3.5BHK apartment means it contains 3 Bedrooms, 1 small room, 1 Hall and 1 Kitchen together with 3 toilets and sometimes a powder room. In most metro cities, such apartments are formed by clubbing a 1BHK and 2BHK Apartment together, where the kitchen of any one flat becomes the half room. This smaller room can be used as a study room, Prayer Room, Children’s room, etc. BUA for such Apartments varies from 850 Sft to 2000 Sft.
